This is a single skin tent from Argos. Available for 9 pounds.
It is very easy and quick to put up, being a single skin. It pretty much a peg in each corned, 2 poles, and then 2 guy ropes.
The tent has a problem will water leaking through the seam around the zip. I would recommend you seal it.
